Mobile IV Medics is a physician-owned, nurse-led concierge wellness company expanding throughout the Bay Area. We are currently seeking experienced acute care RNs for a flexible independent contractor role in mobile IV therapy and concierge wellness.
This role is designed for highly competent, independent nurses who are confident starting IVs without assistance and enjoy working autonomously in the field.

You will:
- Travel to client homes, hotels, offices, and event locations
- Perform IV hydration and vitamin therapy administration
- Independently start and manage IV therapy in the field
- Deliver a professional, high-end concierge patient experience
- Operate autonomously while following established clinical protocols
Who this is for
We are specifically seeking nurses with recent, high-frequency IV start experience in acute care or specialty settings.
Ideal backgrounds include:
- ER
- ICU / Critical Care
- PACU
- Infusion Therapy
- PICC / Vascular Access
- Flight Nursing
- Mobile IV Therapy experience
This is not an entry-level or training-heavy role. Candidates should already be actively performing IV starts in their current practice and be comfortable working independently without clinical backup.

- Active California RN license
- Minimum 2 years recent hands-on acute care experience
- Strong, routinely used IV insertion skills
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to work independently in field settings
- Reliable transportation
Contractor Model (1099)
This is an independent contractor opportunity. Clinicians are responsible for:
- Maintaining personal professional liability insurance ($1M / $3M required)
- Obtaining and managing mobile IV supplies and equipment
- Operating as an independent clinical provider
This structure is best suited for experienced nurses comfortable with autonomy and self-directed practice.

Important
This role requires consistent, independent IV start competency in non-hospital environments. It is not appropriate for nurses who are not currently performing IV starts regularly or who prefer supervised clinical settings.

Compensation: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
